My Corporate Group Coaching Program is very different than most that I see offered today. My belief is that corporations need to be more involved in their health initiative then just a support in bringing in what they think their employees need. With our fast paced lifestyles it is very hard to gain that unique balance between lifestyle and workplace that will have us all thriving, not striving to to maintain our health and the health of our families.
I bring coaching, natural solutions, speakers, and fitness right into the workplace for a 6-month minimum time period for groups of ten and up to twenty, depending on the need of the employees and employers commitment to their successful outcome. There is an accountability and a deeper assessment of lifestyle outside of work that affects their ability to work productively in all areas of their life. This is where corporate plays a bigger role in supporting the efforts to help gain balance and in return gain higher productivity, less absenteeism, less chronic sickness, healthier atmosphere physically and emotionally.

Clothes Fitting A Little Loser
When thinking about starting the summer detox program I was very nervous because I would be giving up gluten and cheese, two of my favorite food groups. However, after the first few days of the detox, my cravings for these foods were not nearly as bad as I thought they would be. It wasn’t long before I noticed my clothes fitting a little looser.
When it came time to reintroduce the gluten and dairy after my detox, I realized how negatively they affected me. Dairy was upsetting to my stomach and the bread with gluten made me feel fatigued and bloated. Thank you Lisa for this detox program, it showed me that I could go without the foods that aren’t good for me and showed me that I can be satisfied with healthy foods that also taste good. This summer detox program has helped me jumpstart a healthy lifestyle.
