Rate spotting may take several sessions to access and process fee structures and: 

  • Explore any thoughts/feelings that are preventing you from raising your fees.
  • Work on low fee/high fee and right fee structure. 
  • Notice thoughts, sensations, emotions, images
  • with those fees.
  • May include processing on all three fee structures
  • May include Body Spotting or One-Eyed Brainspotting.
