An Unfinished Journey To Here
As a Health Coach turned Business Coach my purpose is to teach holistic coaches how to create, launch and grow their online business with confidence. I coach them through my step by step process on an all inclusive platform inside a community of inspired coaches ready to make an impact in the world.
As I look back through the years...
Being one of eight girls in my family (and one brother) and a young teen, I was put into a leadership role taking care of my 5 younger sisters. I learned life skills early on and became very independent in many ways, venturing out on my own very early. Many years later I was ecstatic and felt very fortunate to be a stay at home mom for my three children. As my children started school, I started and ran my own home daycare business for twelve years. As a lifelong learner, I decided to get a degree in the Occupational Therapy field so I could add to and continue my journey to serve others that also created a purpose in my life for the next 18 years.
My journey truly began when two of my sisters were diagnosed with breast cancer at the young ages of 36 and 31 and in a single moment God offered me the opportunity to pause and set me on a path with a new roadmap to follow. This was the time in my life where I realized I wanted more purpose in serving others, a more relevant spiritual practice and yearning to begin re-initiating my own self-care practices into my life.

Through my own journey into discovering natural and holistic ways to treat and take care of my own body, I discovered this path was more than about me, it was a path for which was meant to be shared with others.
Because of my extensive background, strong foundation of strengths and love for teaching, I became a holistic health coach and created a doTERRA business where the two had a synergy all its own. I have talked with so many women going through this shift in life who go on to become a coach only to struggle with their emerging passion to help others. God, has offered me a chance to pause once again and follow a path which truly has landed me here today. I have stepped away from Occupational Therapy and transitioned my health coaching business into a community of sharing my years of knowledge and expertise in an industry that is in such need of helping female holistic coaches and practitioners start their business.
I love being able to coach and mentor the women in this field who are standing strong in their desire to have an impact and reinvent the way they themselves and others take care of their body, enrich their lives and support their everyday happiness. As women, when we empower each other to reach our highest potential naturally and holistically, we together can create a ripple effect of strength, love and joy.
