Hi everyone! I just had a clarity call with Lisa this morning and I want to share my experience with y'all. I came in to the call wanting to know how to craft a 6-month program. And she suggested that I do an online course since I already run a blog and have a decent amount of followers.
I just graduated from the IIN this March and all I thought of was to start a health coaching business since that was what I learned. Her idea was eye-opening for me because she helped me find a clear reason for why I want to start a health coaching business. I realized that I don't want to do health coaching but I was trying to do it to earn some money so that I can use that as an expense for my blog.
I was thinking of making an online course in the near future but it looked too overwhelming so I wasn't thinking of doing it at this point. But she gave me some ideas like doing live classes every month so that I don't need to record in advance, or I can do smaller courses instead and charge less.
If you are not sure where to start a health coaching business, or want to know whether you want to start a health coaching business or not, I absolutely recommend doing a clarity call with her because I guarantee that you will have a clearer idea in the end!!

I wanted to just reach out with a message to let you know how much our call last Friday has helped me. I've been working all week on a list of strengths that I have, things that I am passionate about and ideas on how to put all of that together.
I even talked about my business to my dog sitter today and told her that I want to help women be healthier by showing them how to meal plan, grocery shop and how to cook healthy meals at home.
